What We Do

Education

For municipal officials, state and county elected officials, land use board volunteers, and neighbors in every community to learn what building housing has meant for the communities of Westchester in terms of the local economy, property taxes, school district, climate and more, so future decisions can be made based on facts, not fears.

Advocacy

At the state, county, local, and even hyper-local level for policies and projects that will help address our housing shortage and be a win-win for current and future neighbors.

Policy

We spotlight what we know works and highlight what we know doesn’t work in terms of process and policies in addressing our housing needs.
