(June 4, 2025) Welcome Home Westchester continues to expand its Policy Advisory Committee and is pleased to announce its newest member, Ossining-based IFCA Housing Network.
Welcome Home Westchester is a multistakeholder advocacy effort working to drive a new public conversation around fixing the County’s housing shortage.
IFCA Housing Network Executive Director James Hernandez stated: “IFCA has been a pillar in the affordable housing landscape of Westchester County for decades. As the new Executive Director, I’m committed to expanding our impact and presence across the region.
