
(June 4, 2025) Welcome Home Westchester continues to expand its Policy Advisory Committee and is pleased to announce its newest member, Ossining-based IFCA Housing Network.
Welcome Home Westchester is a multistakeholder advocacy effort working to drive a new public conversation around fixing the County’s housing shortage.
IFCA Housing Network Executive Director James Hernandez stated: “IFCA has been a pillar in the affordable housing landscape of Westchester County for decades. As the new Executive Director, I’m committed to expanding our impact and presence across the region. Joining the Welcome Home Westchester campaign is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the ongoing fight for housing equity and ensure that working families have access to safe, stable, and affordable homes.”
